Tips Temuduga SPP

Salam and Hi! Recently, I went to an interview held by the Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Pendidikan (SPP) in Jabatan Perdana Menteri, Putrajaya. Mine was early in the morning and the interviewer was one of the big shots in JPM (I didn’t know until I saw “the name” in Google). ^_^ Like any others, of course I had to read, read, read and read...almost everything. And this kind of reading activity needs lot of attention and focus that it drains out all of our energy. I was struggling hard with the time to read the fundamentals and current issues...and juggling with events in school. I even tried to Google for discussions that maybe millions out there would love to share regarding the topics that might be asked, however, I was devastated. So here, with the purpose of sharing my experience with others , here are lists of some of the things that I read: The MUST read 1. the Dasar-dasar Pendidikan 2. Falsafah Pendidikan Negara (FPK) 3. Misi dan Visi FPK 4...

its the climb!!!

Assalamualaikum and hi! Pathetically, now I would say that the six years was just a short period of time to complete my studies. Though at the beginning we were all whining and hoped everything would come to an end as soon as possible, now? I hope I can be in the lecture hall again! Nevertheless, if I haven't been in school, I wouldn't know the real problems that are happening. For instance, through out the six years, my friends and I were so excited developing all sorts of modules which we believed would be useful to teacher in school. Yet in the end, as we, ourselves are all in school facing the real world, real problems, most of us see the modules as 30% useful rather than what we see as 'tremendous' work of art, when handed them to the lecturers. huhu. (we thought we were good). One major problem that is bothering me right now is ' how to teach reading to remedial children'.... as a class. I did take a course on Teaching of Reading but things seems to be...

New school!

Ass alamualaikum and Hi! I am all excited on Wednesday morning that I was able to sit and update my blog. Have you ever face a situation where you long for something and i n the end you get it? Well, that’s exactly how I felt right that moment. A satisfaction of licking a lollipop after crying for it. It’s just too wonderful to have my own sweet time (at last!!!) early in the morning. Alhamdulillah. Thank you Allah. Some may have been informed that it was my fir st day of working in a new school- Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Bukit Indah, after 4 months of giving service in such a happy environment school- Sekolah Kebangsaan Sungai Kertas (I’m very proud to name the schools, both are wonderful to me!) Previously, when I was in SK Sungai Kertas I had to teach in the morning session where pupils aged from 10 to 12. Now that I’m teaching the much younger pupils, there are just countless new things that I’ve to learn myself- teachers do learn too, you know! The psychology, the methods, th...

Cuba check hati kita

Salam It has been a while that I have not recharge the inner part of me. So today, here is something that I'd like to share (taken from yusofembong.blogspot) with the rest of you. Hopefully, its beneficial enough.

Angah's Wedding

Assalamualaikum It was a full house for the whole 3 days. Relatives started to stay at our house on Thursday (9 th December 2010) just to assure they’ll be able to join the akad nikah ceremony which was on Friday morning at Masjid Al-Hasanah (or famously known as Masjid Hijau to the locals) in Bangi, Selangor. The weather on Friday was bright and shine as if showing the feelings of both my brother and sister-in-law (now she is). Alhamdulillah, the akad went on well though my brother had to repeat his akad twice, which I have no idea why because ‘I think’ I heard everything was perfectly said. Here are some pictures of the bride and the bridegroom ( my Angah) taken between 10 th -12 th December 2010. As we reach the mosque. Waiting patiently with Abah by his side. My younger brother-EDE. Two years of marriage and waiting for their first baby (Baby X). Myself, sis-in-law1, younger sister. Gotta go. Will post more pictures next time. =)
