Tips Temuduga SPP

Salam and Hi! Recently, I went to an interview held by the Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Pendidikan (SPP) in Jabatan Perdana Menteri, Putrajaya. Mine was early in the morning and the interviewer was one of the big shots in JPM (I didn’t know until I saw “the name” in Google). ^_^ Like any others, of course I had to read, read, read and read...almost everything. And this kind of reading activity needs lot of attention and focus that it drains out all of our energy. I was struggling hard with the time to read the fundamentals and current issues...and juggling with events in school. I even tried to Google for discussions that maybe millions out there would love to share regarding the topics that might be asked, however, I was devastated. Assalamualaikum and hi! Pathetically, now I would say that the six years was just a short period of time to complete my studies. Though at the beginning we were all whining and hoped everything would come to an end as soon as possible, now? I hope I can be in the lecture hall again! Nevertheless, if I haven't been in school, I wouldn't know the real problems that are happening. For instance, through out the six years, my friends and I were so excited developing all sorts of modules which we believed would be useful to teacher in school. Yet in the end, as we, ourselves are all in school facing the real world, real problems, most of us see the modules as 30% useful rather than what we see as 'tremendous' work of art, when handed them to the lecturers. huhu. (we thought we were good). One major problem that is bothering me right now is ' how to teach reading to remedial children'.... as a class.
