Looking for a dessert?
Here's one! (my way)
Ingredients:
2 tblspn gelatin (make sure its HALAL)
1/2 hot water
3 skinned mangoes (medium size)
2 packs od mango juice (250ml x2..marigold/peel fresh)
200ml fresh milk
Preparation:
1. Dissolve the gelatin in the hot water. Leave it for 6-8 minutes.
2. Pour in the mango juice and the mango flesh into a blender/mixer. (only the flesh, no stone). Blitz for few seconds.
3. Add in milk into the blender and give it another blitz, few seconds should be enough.
4. Add in the dissolved gelatine into the mixture. Blitz for another few seconds.
5. Pour out the mixture you have made into a desired container. Fridge it for few hours and WALLA!
READY TO BE SERVED.
p/s: It would be nicer if you serve with fresh mango cubes.
